The 200 GPM mud cleaning unit is for shipping to Melbourne,Australia,this is the 16th mud system sent to Australia for HDD or CBM drilling.At this moment,GN is also buiding another 500 GPM mud cleaning unit for Australia Brisbane customer.

In Australia,as the requirements for quality and starndard are very high,with GN warehouse and service team available,GN keeps growing very fast there.We don't have any competitor from China,all the competitors are from USA,Europe,and New Zealand.GN win the orders by quality and customer satification,not only by price.

GN Beijing New Solids Control Facility is Opening Soon

With the growing for GN international market,to enlarge our production capability,GN started the contruction of the Beijing new facilities 2 Years ago.Now it's going be opening in end of September,2012.The total area of the new facility is around 40,000 ㎡.

The new factory will have the most advanced processing machineries for GN Big Bowl Big Volume decanter centrifuges, Vertical Cutting Dryers.And the robots autamatically welding will be coming in 2013.GN also have bought the similar area of facility about 6 Km away from this one,which we are planing to contruction end of 2012.

Solids Control System for SJ Petroleum 1500HP Oil Drilling rig

SJ Petroleum Machinery is a Sinopec company,1500 HP Oil Drilling rig is one of SJ Petroleum Machinery major products.GN Solids Control supplied all the solids control equipments and mud tanks for this project.

The 1500HP oil rig with GN Solids Control equipments are going to delivery to Latin America,which is GN major market.

This 1500HP Solids Control mud tank sytem is designed to fit for High Temperature areas with cover to prevent Hot sunshine.The configuration of the 1500HP mud sytem including: 3 GNZS703 Linear Motion Shale Shaker,one GNZJ703-3s16N Mud Cleaner,one GNLW452S Decanter Centrifuge,One GNZCQ270 Vacuum Degasser and completed with feeding centrifugal pumps,mud agitators,mud tanks and attachments.

5 Sets CBM Drilling Mud Recycling System for China CBM project

GN Solids Control win the tender for supplying 5 Sets drilling mud recycling system for Coal Bed Methan development.This project is for one of the biggest CBM drilling contractor in China,total value for the 5 Sets mud system is up 1.5 Million US dallors.

The photo of the following is one set of the mud system installed in the jobsite.It consists of 1 Shale Shaker Tank,Two Shale Shaker,One Mini Cleaner,One Mixing Tank and completed with feeding pumps.

GN 1000GPM Dredging Slurry Separation System Transported to Worksite

Last week, GN 1000GPM dredging slurry separation system has been delivered to worksite for customer's project starting celebration. It is GN's first unit standard configration system for dredging slurry separation which showed that GN has made herself getting into a further level for river and lake sludge cleaning up .
