Middle Speed Decanter Centrifuge exported to Kazakhstan
At the beginning of year 2014, we exported one set middle speed decanter centrifuge to Kazakhstan. GNLW452S is a economic choice for customer. Many customer choose this model centrifuge for barite recovery and high gravity solids separation. It can separate solids up to 5 microns. With it's removable legs, the GNLW452S can be used on solids control mud tank or telescopic skid.
Vacuum Degasser, Mud Cleaner, Decanter Centrifuge exported to Russia Lukoil
Recently, GN Solids exported some solids control equipment to Russia Lukoil projects , one of the largest oil company in Russia. the The equipment includes: 2 sets of drilling mud vacuum degasser, 2 sets of drilling fluid mud cleaner and 2 sets of drilling mud decanter centrifuge. Moreover, after the customer's visit to GN Solids Control advanced factory close to Beijing, the customer is very impressive for our manufacturing capability, and the finishing and testing of the products, so they repeated another order for the same products. The red color is customized for the customer.
1. Drilling Mud Vacuum DegasserAs a special purpose oil drilling solids control equipment, drilling mud vacuum degasser can get rid of various gases invading into drilling mud when drilling. This part is very important for returning mud gravity and stabilizing mud viscosity, to ensure the safety during drilling. Meanwhile, drilling mud vacuum degasser can be used as a heavy-power agitator and supported applicable to all types of drilling mud purification system. With scientific and rational structure, it is able to achieve an effective gas-liquid separation, filter out impurities and to ensure that the exhaust pipe is always smooth.
GN Solids can offer two models drilling mud vacuum degasser for different usage. GNZCQ270 and GNZCQ360 with treating capacity 1200GPM and 1500GPM separately.
2. Drilling Fluid Mud CleanerAs the third stage of solids control system, drilling fluid mud cleaner can handle the fine particles after treated by drilling mud shale shaker and drilling mud vacuum degasser. It can remove solid particles between 40 to 70 microns. The Mud Cleaner can be equipped with 10inch desander cone and 4inch desilter cone. The quality can be customized as per different requirement.
