GN Solids America LLC is regitered by Hebei GN Solids Control Co.,Ltd in May, 2013, with location in Oil Center City, Houston, Texas. GN Solids America is the first USA based Solids Control Company from China. It is a big step of GN Solids Control, and it is also a good example of China " GO OUT" strategy. GN insist on making only top quality products to create a respective Brand in the world for China.

GN Solids America LLC is located at 6710, Windfern Road, Houston, Texas GN Solids America Warehouse and Office space is over 30,000 SF which ensures GN to keep enough stock of solids control equipment and spare parts to support the market in the USA.GN Solids America LLC main business is to distribute Solids Control and waste management equipment to oil drilling companies, oilfield service companies, oil rig manufacturers. Mud Desanding Plant for Bored Pile Drilling Rig

Bored pile is generally used for those massive industrial complexes or tall buildings, which require foundations that can bear the load of thousands of tons, most probably in unstable or difficult soil conditions. Bored pile drilling is different from other pile works. It requires specialist bored pile drilling contractor, bored pile drilling rig and mud desanding plant for bored pile drilling rig.

What Is a Bored Pile

As another type of reinforced concrete pile, bored pile is used to support high building producing heavy vertical loads. Bored pile is a cast in place concrete pile where the bored piles have to be cast on the construction site, while other concrete piles like spum pile and Reinforced Concrete Square Pile are precast concrete piles. Bored piling is cast by using bored piling machine which has specially designed drilling tools, bored pile drilling rig and desanding plant for bored pile drilling rig, it’s used to remove the soil and rock.

Drilling mud is required during bored pile drilling operation, with same function as oil drilling. To use the bentonite in a high efficiency, decrease the consume of drilling mud material and lower cost of disposal of drilling mud, desanding plant is necessary. 750HP Workover Drilling Rig XJ750 Mud Tank Solids Control Equipment for CNOOC

CNOOC project requires totally 6 Sets complete drilling rig, the first 3 sets 750HP workover rig ZJ 30 mud tank solids control equipment awarded to GN Solids Control. The other 3 Sets solids control system complete equipment is going to get into contract with GN soon this month.

6 Sets Solids Removal Unit GN500 GPM for CNPC

GN Solids Control completed 3 sets of the Solids Removal Unit for CNPC division CPPE (China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation). The total contract is 6 Sets complete 500GPM Solids Removal Unit for the Techless Project.

From 2009, We started working with CPPE for the Solids Removal Unit, before working with GN Solids Control, CPPE took the mud recycling system from US or Europe companies, now GN Solids Control is the Major Solids Removal Unit Supplier for CPPE. Working together with the Biggest HDD Contrator In China brings us more experience for doing the toughest job in HDD industry. Our Solids Removal Unit has been applied for the very high solids content, especially with a lot of fine solids. GN Solids Control provided the four phase solids removal unit for the project from Shale Shaker, to Desander to desilter, and finnally to the Decanter Centrifuge.
