Kazakstan HDD Mud Recycling System from GN Solids Control
Kazakstan customer's HDD mud recycling system was delivered this weee from GN facility. After seeing GN prodcust in exhibition and visiting our factory for inspection, customer confirmed the deal with GN Solids Control. GN 500GPM HDD mud system is a very standard model available to match HDD rig of different brand.
This drilling mud system consists:- One unit double desk mud cleaner with 500GPM capacity functioned as the prima shaker shaker and de-silter.
- One unit centrifugal force sand pump feeding to desilter
- One unit jet mud mixer for both mixing and mud chemicals adding application
- One set 20ft container size mud tank package with pipeline and valves hasing sufficient space to store the active drlling mud.
GN Provides Oilfield Trip Tank and Diesel Tank for Jereh
As a professional manufacturer for various mud tanks/water tanks, GN Solids Control provides batch of Mud Trip Tanks and Diesel Tanks for Jereh oilfield equipment.
These skided mounted tanks are manufactured as per customer's requirements, all trip tanks equiped with trip pump and level gauge could see the level inner the tank.The double diesel transfer pump and manifold with valve design make sure the constantly and smoothly work. All the tank surface are two-sided guard rail installation point in convenient for later installation of hand rail if needed.

After 2013 OTC, GN got order for Decanter Centrifuge from USA Customer. This customer met GN at OTC in Huston, after seeing GN's products there then came to our factory for visit. It was that GN's advanced fabricating equipment and strict production inspection convinced customer giving the order.

GN Desiged the One Skid Unit for Drilling mud gas separator and Choke Mainifold for the Egypt Drilling Company.This design allows the drillers to have a small skid for more equipment, and also it saves space for moving from one oil wells to the other.While moving, the drilling mud gas separator can lay down to the skid.
The drilling rig for the customer is a trailer mounted workover rig which used for drilling contract for Shell in Egypt.The customer has already used GN Solids Control other equipments like desander,desilter,shakers.And this time they appoint the drilling rig package contractor to select GN Solids Control Brand.
