Same as last year, GN once again get great success at the oil show ADIPEC 2013. This time, GN shown there one unit high speed decanter centrifuge and finally one customer ordered this unit.

High Speed Decanter Centrifuge

The GN high speed decanter centrifuge could reach up to a rotating speed of 3200RPM, comparing with low speed decanter centrifuge which could be used in barite recycling, high speed decanter centrifuge could be used in solids control system much fine solid particles separation and waste cuttings management industry. To some extent,when the centrifuge bowl diameter is fixed, high speed means a high G-force, so it could remove the much finer solids. Some time, high speed centrifuge could used in dewatering system package.

GN High Speed Decanter Centrifuge Features

To make sure the decanter centrifuge stable performance, in technology, we choose the centrifugal casting for the bowl main body, maximumly ensure the dynamic balance. Material of stainless steel 316L guarantees the long lifetime of the rorating assembly. Anti-wear tungsten carbide tile protection for the screw propeller inside the bowl make the centrifuge better durability. It was the high quality of the centrifuge that convinced the client to order this unit.
