Drilling fluids decanter centrifuge to South America
Last week we shipped 2 units of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge to South America. They bought 2 units same model in March, and then they are used in their drilling site with good condition. So they gave us repeat order Last month. Next week we are going to ship another unit centrifuge for the same client to Colombia, for their another project. Next year they will repeat more orders for various new project in South America.
Now we have 12 units of middle speed centrifuge in stock, the new model is LW450x1100N, max rotary speed 2200rpm, actual process capacity 40~45m3/h. It is widely used for oil & gas drilling solids control system, and with better process performance than previous model LW450x1000N. The new model has longer bowl length and larger process capacity.

This is a project for repairing a drilling rig, firstly the client just want to repair all the solids control equipment, so they just want to buy motors, pumps, screens, cones, and a lot of spare parts.
After knowing that a lot of companies in Thailand using solids control equipment from GN Solids Control, they ask for quotation. We do not want to pay too much, while we also need better performance, they said. But that is what we supply, good quality products with good performance, and compatitive price.They finally choose 2 ballanced elliptical shale shaker, and 1 mud cleaner, and spare parts.
GN equipments to Saudi Arabia
GN products have been accepted by Middle East clients wider and wider. GN have built cooperation relationship with a reputable HDD contractor in Saudi Arabia. The first load equipments have been delivered last week, including: 3 elliptical shale shaker, 1 desander with 3-panel underflow shale shaker, jet mud mixer, centrifugal pump, mud agitator, shaker screen and other relative spare parts.
4 Sets of 1000HP Drilling Rig Mud Recycling Equipments Delivered to Russia
4 sets drilling rig mud recycling equipments will arrive at port of East, Russia. Then all of them will be sent to the work site. Before signing the procurement contract, our Russia client came to our factory for On-the-spot investigation. During the 2-day's visit, we showed our old and new facility to our client, and watched the equipment testing together. Russia client gave a good praise to our products and service.
