Trenchless drilling mud tank system is one of GN Solids Control major applications.China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation is the largest trechless drilling (HDD) contractor in China, CPP has been taking over 10 Sets  mud tank system every year for it's trenchless drilling rigs from GN Solids Control.

The following 500 GPM Solids Control mud tank system is for thailand trenchless projects.

• 1) One 20 Ft size mud recycling tank with clean gate handrails,pipelines, walkways etc.
• 2) One GNZS703E-DZ short profolie high capacity shale shaker.
• 3) One GNZZJ703E-1S8N linear motion mud cleaner for second phase desander cleaning and third phase desilter cleaning.
• 4) Two centrifugal pump mounted at the side of the solids control mud tank to save space.

Simple Process for the Solids Control Mud tank system.

 

• Step 1) A Submersible Slurry Pump feed the shale shaker from trenchless drilling mud pit.The shale shaker will separate solids over 200 Microns.
• Step 2) A Centrifugal pump will suck drilling mud from the tank first compartment and feed to the 10inch desander cones to separate solids over 50 microns, and the downstream fluids will be drying by the mud cleaner shale shaker.
• Step 3) Second Centrifigual pump will suck drilling mud from the tank second compartment and feed to the 4inch desilter cones group to separate solids over 20 microns, and the downstream fluids will be drying by the mud cleaner shale shaker.
• Step 4)The recycled drilling mud will flow to the mud starage tanks with mud agitators and feed to the drilling rig high preasure mud pumps for using in the drilling process.

With the GN Solids Control Mud tanks system, it saves a lot for money for the contractor to make new drilling fluids, and also saves cost to dispose the drilling waste.As the regulations for environmental protection chaning, it is a must to use the drilling mud tank solids control system in trenchless projects.
