For drying the drilling cuttings discharged from the drilling rig solids control equipment,there are always two options.One is to use the Linear Motion G force High G shale shaker, the other way is to use the vertical G cuttings dryer.

The test is conducted at CNPC jobsite with water based mud. The solids discharge is much dryer and the liquid discharge can be go to catching tank and then pumped into decanter centrifuge for further treatment. If it is no line drilling cuttings treatment and drilling fluids recycling, the drilling mud can be return back to solids control mud tanks after GN high speed decanter centrifuge. Drilling Waste Management Unit to Western Africa
Drilling waste management have two common ways to treat and recycle: on line drilling cuttings treatment and base mud recycling; off line oily waste sludge removal and treatment. On line waste management is relatively easier to handle because of the flowability, lower density, lower viscosity, the drilling cuttings can be transfer to vertical cuttings dryer directly after discharged from shale shaker. Off line waste management may require more process to get better results.
