GN 1000gpm Mud System for Turkey Geothermal Drilling

Geothermal is clean energy and renewable energy sources with broad development prospects. Many geothermal drilling is under conduction in many countries all over the world. Recently, we have got two solids control mud system orders for geothermal drilling rig. One is customer from Kenya with 500gpm mud system order and the other one is customer from Turkey with 1000gpm mud system order.

1000gpm mud system, main specifications as below:

• 2 SETS SHALE SHAKER, GNZS594E-HB. This 4 panel shaker is equal to Swaco Mongoose. The shaker screen is interchangeable with each other.
• 1 SET MUD CLEANER, GNZJ594E-2S12N.  This mud cleaner or mud conditioner is combination of desander cones, desilter cones and deck shaker for better performance. The compact design , operation convenience and working performance are appreciated by many drilling companies.
• 3 SETS MUD TANK, with total package of accessories, electrical control panels and cables.

 

Solids Control Equipment for Workover Drilling Rig

Repeated order means good quality. GN Solids Control, as China leading manufacturer for solids control equipment, gets repeated orders  from old customer. The customer is locally drilling company with over 40 drilling rigs and workover drilling rigs. We know each other for over 3 years; they buy at least one batch equipment from us each year.

Solids and Liquid separation decanter centrifuge for oil sludge project in Oman

GN Solids Control is the leader for the solids and liquid separation equipment.GN decanter centrifuge, and shale shakers are also widely used for the Crude oil sludge separation. The following list of the solids and liquid separation equipment is used for the Oman Environmental solution company to treat the oil sludge.

• 1) First phase solids and liquid separation.

GNZS703E-HB Shale Shaker for the primary solids separation to have the cut point of 0.3 mm The crude oil sludge is heated and mixed with chemicals to reduce the viscosity, so it can be pump to feed to the shale shakers for the treatment. For this project, GN solids control apply the steel welding mesh screen with opening of 0.3mm. Qty of the shale shaker is 1 Set.

• 2) Second Phase solids and liquid separation for oil sludge.

The Oman client bought two sets GNLW363BG decanter centrifuge and one sets big bowl decanter centrifuge GNLW553-VFD as well as the baby decanter centrifuge GNLW223G. The decanter centrifuge is able to separate the fine solids in the oil sludge. This process of the flow are also being heated to keep the sludge at less viscosity for the separation.Qty of the decanter centrifuge is 4 Sets.

Solids Control just come back from ADIPEC 2014 which is holded in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is our third time there, GN centrifuge win great success in ADIPEC just like the former two times.

During the exhibition, many customers from Middle East and Africa come to our booth and interested with GN high speed decanter centrifuge which is professional for oil drilling solids control and waste management. Some customer even want to buy it on the show; However, the centrifuge have already sold to our long term cooperation mud service customer in Middle East. After the show, the buyer come to take it back for a soon project.

Typical speed:  fixed speed, 3200rpm. ( Belt pulley with 2700rpm/2500rpm/2200rpm is also available if request by customer)

Bowl diameter and bowl length: 14 inch and 50 inch.  This size is much similar as Derrick DE1000 centrifuge and Swaco 518HV centrifuge.

Effective treating capacity: 30cbm/h.  This capacity is also similar as Derrick DE1000 centrifuge and Swaco 518HV centrifuge.

Shale Gas Drilling cuttings management for Shell Sichuan Project

Royal Dutch Shell plc (ADR) invested $1 billion every year for the shale gas project it signed up for in China’s Sichuan province. Shell agreed on exploring shale gas projects in the Sichuan Basin in collaboration with China National Petroleum Corporation.

As the evironmental regulations for China goverment,all the OBM should be treated to meet the standard to get down to Oil On cuttings below 1%. The following system is designed for GWDC (Greatwall Drilling Company) to do the service for Shell in Sichuan. After treated by the Vertical cuttings dryer unit, the oil on the cuttings can be down to 3-5%, and the cuttings will be transfered to the Thermal desorption unit. Another advantage to use the drilling cuttings management unit is recover the drilling fluids for reuse.

It includes a GNCD930 Vertical cuttings dryer, and a Variable speed decanter centrifuge GNLW363BG-VFD ,feeding pumps and tanks etc. The drilling cuttings management system is designed to handle 30 tons per hour for the OBM drilling cuttings.
