A set of Vertical Cuttings Dryer System have been manufactured recently and are ready to start serving for a project in Middle East.

The system includes the following modules: Vertical Cuttings Dryer GNCD930G, GNLW363D-VFD Decanter Centrifuge,  two Screw Pumps and three Screw Conveyors, a set of stand for the decanter centrifuge and cuttings dryer.2024.03.14 Vertical Cuttings Dryer System

The package's key component, the Vertical Cuttings Dryer GNCD930G, is notable for its exceptional ability to efficiently separate liquids from solids, thereby reducing the volume of drilling waste. This capability holds significant importance for operations seeking to minimize disposal costs and comply with environmental regulations. Engineered to handle high volumes, this dryer serves as an indispensable tool for companies striving to optimize their waste management processes.

Accompanying the Vertical Cuttings Dryer is the GNLW363D-VFD Decanter Centrifuge, which plays a pivotal role in achieving precise control over solid-liquid separation. Featuring a variable frequency drive, this centrifuge empowers operators to adjust the centrifugal force according to varying drilling conditions, maximizing fluid recovery in the process.

Furthermore, the system's efficiency is further enhanced by the inclusion of two Screw Pumps and three Screw Conveyors. These components are meticulously designed to facilitate the seamless transfer of drilling waste to the separation equipment. The robust construction of the Screw Pumps ensures reliable performance in demanding oilfield applications, while the Screw Conveyors provide an efficient solution for conveying drilling cuttings.

Completing the system are stands specifically engineered for the decanter centrifuge and cuttings dryer, guaranteeing secure and stable operation of the equipment. This sale not only exemplifies GN Solids Control's ability to cater to the unique requirements of its clients but also underscores the tangible advantages of its waste management solutions. By integrating GN Solids Control's equipment, the Middle Eastern client is poised to achieve a more streamlined, environmentally friendly waste management process, aligning seamlessly with both operational objectives and regulatory mandates.
