Vertical Cuttings Dryer and Solids Control Centrifuge for Overseas client
GN Solids Control shipped another batch of solids control and waste management equipment to a overseas client in December.
Here are the main drilling waste management equipment that GN Solids Control provided this time:
1.GN decanter centrifuge, GNLW363CG, 4 sets
GN decanter centrifuge GNLW363CG is a 14 inch bowl decanter, which is largely used to treat high gravity and low gravity drilling mud. GNLW363CG is also widely used to treat drill cuttings, particles larger than 2-5 microns can be remove by GN decanter centrifuge.
GN Solids Control also builds different rotating bowl centrifuges includes 9 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch and 30 inch. Based on client’s demands, GN Solids Control always has the right centrifuge for you.
2.GN cuttings dryer, GNCD930G, 1 set
GN cutting dryer is especially designed to treat oil base cuttings and synthesized base cuttings. GN cuttings dryer is mainly composed by a conical screen basket and flight. With the differential rotating speed, drilling cuttings feed into GN cuttings dryer is removed from the drilling mud, and clean drilling mud is recovered which can be further cleared by GN decanter centrifuge.
To keep the cuttings dryer from blocking, GN special design on the air flow knife, flushing nozzles, and screen basket scraper are all play an important role.
3.GN screw conveyor, 6 sets
GN screw conveyor is a cuttings transfer equipment, it can be collect drilling cuttings and feed into cuttings dryer, as well as move the discharged cuttings from Cuttings Dryer.
GN screw conveyor is designed with anti-wear blade that can be used for a long time without replacement. Customized screw transfer length is able to provide.
4.GN screw feeding pump, 4 sets
GN screw feeding pump is a positive displacement pump, the main body is Germany Netzsch. Cuttings dryer is equipped with a flushing pump to keep the screen basket from blocking after working, and decanter centrifuge is using the screw pump as feeding pump which can be controlled conveniently in the centrifuge HMI of the VFD box.
