1.   GN Vacuum Degasser
GN Solids Control can provide whole drilling mud solids control equipment. The vacuum degasser is one of the key treating equipment to remove fine bubbles from drilling mud as it will bring gas cut to the hydro cyclones.
Vacuum degasser can also protect the centrifugal pump or any other feeding pump. It can also be used as a large mud agitator to keep the drilling mud from sediment.
GN Solids Control offers a Vacuum Degasser as part of product lineup. A vacuum degasser is a crucial piece of equipment used in the drilling industry to remove entrained gases, primarily includes hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and methane (CH4), as well as other harmful gases from drilling fluids.

The main function of a vacuum degasser is to separate the gas from the drilling fluid by creating a vacuum environment. The degasser typically consists of a cylindrical vessel with internal baffles or trays. As the drilling fluid enters the degasser, it flows over the trays or baffles, allowing the gas to escape from the fluid and be drawn out by the vacuum pump.

Solids Vacuum Pump is one GN special designed product that used to transfer any moveable materials, such as tank bottom oil sludge, construction materials, drilling cuttings, animal wastes etc.
