We have an urgent project requiring complete line of drilling waste management equipment. What is your shortest delivery time? When we get these questions from customer before, the only answer is that we produce by orders. We suggest our clients to prepare at least two months before they go to the job. 1) 40 sets centrifuge is under production for stock
Decanter Centrifuge is most important equipment for solids control & drilling waste management. We have a big sales amount for centrifuge each year, over 200 sets. In order to serve clients better, like oil service company, mud service company or drilling company, GN is producing 40 sets centrifuge in stock. However, about half of them already sold. Only 20 sets is on sale.
2) 20 sets of vertical cuttings dryer under production for stock
With China government new environment policy for no pit drilling, drilling waste management – vertical cuttings dryer is very hot products now. Each land rig require one sets drilling waste management system, including High G drying shaker, vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge. Under this background, GN Solids Control is producing 20 sets of vertical cuttings dryer for stock. However, 10 sets of them is already sold; only half quantity is on sale.
3) 40 sets of High G drying shaker under production for stock
High G drying shaker is professional for water based mud drilling waste management. GN Solids Control keep shaker frame, shaker screen and shaker motor in stock for quick response.
Even we have main equipment in stock for better service, we also recommend clients do preparations and purchase at least one month in advance in case you may require some customized parts to work for your contract. For customized parts, it takes much longer time than standard equipment. Thanks for reading.
