GN Solids Control last week just finished manufacturing of another batch of Solids Control Equipment for one Canadian Waste Management Company. All those GN equipment will be delivered to Tianjin port very soon. 
GN made solids control equipment has been widely using in more than 72 countries and regions, with the word of mouth satisfying remarks, GN Solids Control continues to meet the demands of each customer’s and provide the most cost-effective solution. 

As for this Canadian client, here are the solids control equipment GN provided:
1.GN 4 Panels Shaker, 2sets
GN Solids Control provides 2 sets 4 panels linear motion shale shakers, model GNZS594, same screen size with Mongoose. Shaker deck is using stainless steel to protect from corrosion. 
Two vibrators are fixed parallel on the shaker, GN Solids Control only use two brand one is USA Martin and the other is Italy OLI. 

2.GN 4 Panels Mud Cleaner, 1 set
After treated by GN shale shaker, usually solids larger than 100 microns are removed. Slurry feed into GN mud cleaner is feed into the 10 inch cyclones and 4 inch cyclones separately. 
All screens are manufactured by GN Solids Control, widely tested to last longer than OEM screens. 

3.GN 22 inch bowl decanter centrifuge
As the core treating unit in the solids control, GN Decanter Centrifuge is able to remove solids larger than 2-5 microns. With time goes, more and more finer particles accumulated in the mud tank, only use shaker or cyclone is not able to remove them. 

When running at high speed, GN Solids Control rotating bowl and screw propeller has the differential speed, high density solids run along with the inside screw bowl and discharged from the solids port; while slurry get cleaned and separated from the liquid pool. 
Screw pump is used as the feeding pump for GN decanter centrifuge, sometimes submersible pump is also used when there is high solids content in the slurry.
