3 Units of GNZS594K Shale Shakers: As the primary line of defense in solids control, these shale shakers are designed to remove large drill cuttings from the drilling fluid. The GNZS594K model is known for its high processing capacity and efficient screening performance, ensuring cleaner fluid for the subsequent stages.

1 Unit of GNZJ594K-3S16N Mud Cleaner: This unit combines the functions of a desander and a desilter, typically featuring a shale shaker atop a set of hydrocyclones. It provides secondary fine solids removal, significantly enhancing the quality of the drilling mud by eliminating smaller, abrasive particles that the primary shakers cannot capture.

1 Unit of GNZCQ360 Vacuum Degasser: Essential for maintaining mud density and preventing hazards, this vacuum degasser is tasked with removing unwanted gases (such as H₂S, CO₂, or methane) that may have infiltrated the drilling fluid. The GNZCQ360 model efficiently restores the fluid's density and helps maintain wellbore stability.
1 Unit of GNLW363D Decanter Centrifuge: Acting in the tertiary stage, this decanter centrifuge is crucial for separating ultra-fine solids and recovering valuable barite from the drilling fluid. This process not only reduces overall solid content but also helps in controlling mud properties and reducing costs.
