Smart Modular Design for Easy Shipping and Compact Footprint

The plant features a smart modular design with each tank offering 750 BBL capacity. This configuration ensures convenient shipping and handling, while the compact footprint makes it suitable for sites with limited space. Each module is pre-engineered for easy assembly, allowing for rapid deployment without compromising operational reliability. The modular approach also enables flexible integration with existing setups and simplifies maintenance.

Special Anti-Corrosion Coating for Extended Service Life

All tanks in the system are protected with a special anti-corrosion coating, enabling the plant to work effectively with both water-based and oil-based muds. This durable coating significantly extends the equipment's service life, reducing maintenance frequency and ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh field conditions.

Integrated MCC and Pump Skids for Efficient Site Management

The plant comes equipped with integrated Motor Control Center (MCC) and pump skids, providing centralized electrical control and streamlined pumping operations. This integrated design enables remote control capability and significantly improves site management efficiency, allowing operators to monitor and adjust system performance from a safe distance.

Oil-Based Cuttings Treatment – Green and Productive

In addition to mud mixing and storage functions, the system is also equipped with oil-based cuttings treatment capabilities. This feature enables efficient separation of drilling fluids from cuttings, reducing waste volume and recovering valuable base fluids for reuse. After treatment, oil-on-cuttings (OOC) can be reduced to as low as 3–5%, significantly minimizing environmental impact while maximizing resource recovery – truly a green and productive solution.
