Being faced with China largest oil & gas equipment show, what equipment will GN prepare to show to their old customer & new inquiries? Everyone knows that the drilling waste management market will be worthy 85 billion by 2019. So we target on this field and put forward the latest model drilling cuttings treatment system GNCM-40A and GNCM-40B. Let us see the configuration of the new system.

1) Variable speed vertical cuttings dryer as first step treatment
GNCD930C vertical cuttings dryer is working perfect when treat the drilling cuttings discharged from shale shaker & desander & desilter. Thus, the most of the usable oil based mud / water based mud / synthetic based mud can be recovered and go to next step treatment

GNCD930C vertical G dryer have two model for option. Fixed speed Vertical G dryer and variable speed vertical dryer. The fixed speed vertical dryer can be working at 900rpm /1200rpm, which is suitable for most of the jobsite cases. The VFD dryer can be working at from low speed to max. speed, more flexible.

2) Variable speed decanter centrifuge as second step treatment
GNLW363CG-VFD is GN latest model VFD centrifuge. ( The bowl speed is adjustable from 0 to 3200rpm; conveyor speed can be adjusted from 20 to 45rpm; the centrifuge feeding pump speed can be adjusted from 3m3/h to 20m3/h ).
After treated by vertical cuttings dryer, the recovered drilling fluids is going to catch tank in middle of centrifuge & vertical dryer. From here, the drilling fluid is pumped into centrifuge for second step treatment. The liquid discharge from centrifuge can go back active tank for reuse and solids discharge from centrifuge will be collected together with solids discharge from vertical dryer, this drilling waste will be transported to TDU for final treatment, which may take place in mud plant, not in the rig site.

So, what is the advantage of GN drilling cuttings management system ?

1) Effective and save cost. Drilling fluids with drilling chemicals is very costly part in drilling budget. With GN system, the most of usable drilling fluids which stick on the drilling cuttings from shaker & desander & desilter can be recovered for reuse.
2) Make drilling waste transportation to mud plant easy. Without GN system, the wet drilling cuttings is easy to split and contaminate the environment, the cost of transportation is also very high because of high volume drilling waste. After treated by GN system, the drilling waste volume is definitely decreased a lot and more dryer. All this features make the drilling cuttings transportation easier.
3) Mobile GN system make the job flexible. The GN drilling waste management system can be put on 40ft trailer and easy for fast movement. In this case, the service provider can service for different rigs in short time, which may lead to high income of rental equipment service or rental operation personnel service.
