The supplied GN High G Force Drying Shaker is engineered for superior performance in primary solids control and cuttings drying. Designed to process solids from primary separation equipment, it effectively recovers valuable silts and ultra-fine sands while transforming cuttings into a consistently stackable and conveyable form. A key operational and economic advantage is its ability to achieve excellent drying results without the need for expensive chemicals or polymers. The shaker's adjustable G-force, reaching up to an impressive 8.0 G, provides the versatility to handle a wide range of drilling conditions and material types.

Complementing the drying shaker is the reliable JBQ Series Mud Agitator, a critical component for maintaining uniform drilling fluid properties in processing tanks. For applications requiring less than 5.5 kW, our agitator utilizes a compact blender cycloid speed reducer, making it ideal for mixing tanks where space is a consideration. For higher power needs above 7.5 kW, the design incorporates a robust turbo and worm gear speed reducer. This configuration ensures large torque transmission, steady revolution, and highly reliable operation under demanding conditions. Common models in this series, such as the JBQ5.5kW, JBQ7.5kW, JBQ11kW, and JBQ15kW, offer flexible solutions to meet various system requirements.
