Our engineer just came back from jobsite for successfully finishing the commissioning of GN compact structure mud cleaning unit.The customer got the unit for HDD drilling mud cleaning. As well, GN compact mud cleaning unit could be applicated in water well drilling even diamond drilling.

This unit mud cleaning unit with capacity 500GPM is designed as per customer specified requirement and GN unique idea. It includes:

• 1 unit mini cleaner with under shale shaker GNZS703 double deck model and 8 ea desilter cyclone. Nether layer shaker screen is used as primary shaker to remove large size solid. Upper layer screen is used to dry the discharge out of the desilter cyclone. Maximumly recover the drilling fluids.
• 1 unit mixing hopper for re-configurate the drilling mud.
• 2 units centrifugal pump one for mud transferring to desilter cond while another one used as mixing pump.
• 1 unit mud tank devided into 2 compartments for sand trap and mud mixing.
