Bored pile construction desander machine for Asia countries
Recently, GN Solids Control shipped several units of Desander Machines for bored pile construction to Asia countries include Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, Singapore and China .
This compact design desanding plant is a cost-effective solution for mud recycling for the construction projects. The desander machine can be used for bored pile foundation or TBM as well as the horizontal directional drilling projects.
GN Desander Machine include 3 series, one is the GNMS-200D which is 200GPM capacity, the other one is GNMS-500D which is 500GPM, and the GNMS-1000D for 1000GPM handling capacity.
Working Principle of the desander machine:
1)A slurry pump take the mud and feed to the desander machine bottom shaker.
2)A 20 Mesh /40 mesh shaker screen will separate the coarse solids.
3)The fluid will go to the bottom catch mud tank, and a centrifugal pump will take the fluid and feed to the desander cones for solids above 50 microns separation.
This unit combined with the storage mud tank and the jet mud mixer can be made up to a complete mud system for mud recycling, storage, and mud mixing system. So it can be applied to HDD project.
