GN Compact Mud System can be used for HDD project, Water Well Drilling project, Geothermal Drilling project, workover oil drilling rig etc. Recently, we have one set 500gpm mud system ready for delivery to Middle East client, it is used for water well drilling project. The client buy one set 200gpm trailer mounted mud system in 2014 and repeat order in end of 2015.

500gpm mud system including below items:

1) One set 500gpm treating capacity shale shaker: GNZS703E-DZ. The shaker is with box feeder, convenient for water well drilling rigs, 3 Panel shaker screen locked by wedges, easier for shaker screen replacement
2) One set 500gpm treating capacity mud cleaner: GNZJ703E-1S8N. The mud cleaner is with same deck shaker as GNZS703E-DZ. 3 Panel shaker screen locked by wedges, easier for shaker screen replacement; Shaker deck made from stainless steel for longer lifetime
3) One set mud agitator. The mud agitator is installed on clean mud storage compartment to suspend the mud and to mix the mud after adding chemicals.
4) One set mud hopper with two sets centrifugal pump. One pump is circulating the mud from mud tank to hopper, to mix the adding chemicals, the other one to suck the mud out for drilling rig.

Meanwhile, 2 sets 1500gpm mud system for domestic client HDD project are ready for delivery. The client used for tunneling project.  1500gpm mud system including below items:

1) 3 sets 500gpm treating capacity shale shaker: GNZS703E-DZ, totally treating capacity 1500gpm
2) 1 set 1500gpm treating capacity mud cleaner: GNZJ703E-3S16N.
3) One mud recycling tank with shale shaker & mud cleaner
4) One mud storage tank with mud agitator / mud gun to storage / mix clean mud ready for use
