Recently, in Nov, 2014, GN Solids Control just shipped a complete set of Vertical Cuttings Drying system for Shell company ,the Shale gas drilling project is in Sichuan. The drilling cuttings is from OBM mud system.

The client expect the dryness of the cutting to be reduced to 5%, but finally, after treated by GN Vertical Cuttings Dryer, the oil on the cuttings is below 3.7%.
Moreover, because of the GN vertical dryer unique design,GN Solids Control is the first company in China to use the Vertical Cuttings Dryer for WBM cuttings. WBM cuttings is more critical for the treatment. The dual function to use in WBM and OBM is a very important advantage of GN Vertical Cuttings dryer.
