Ten sets GN Decanter Centrifuge for Africa Drilling Company
GN Decanter Centrifuge is much popular in all over the world oil drilling field, especially for Africa oil field & Middle East oil field. Each year, we have sales amount of centrifuge up to 200 sets, with over 50 sets to Africa drilling companies & Middle East Drilling companies. The stable working performance and humanized design and good price win customers’ trust and we get repeated orders.
Recently, we have six(6) sets decanter centrifuge ready for delivery. In Feb of 2014, the customer buy four(4) sets from us and give repeated order of six(6) sets centrifuge after checking the four(4) sets centrifuge in rig site. Up to now, they buy ten(10) sets Decanter Centrifuge from us to match their former land rig and coming new rigs.

2) Variable speed centrifuge model: GNLW363CG-VFD
- Bowl speed: 0 to 3200rpm
- Bowl diameter: 14inch bowl centrifuge
- Bowl length: 50inch bowl centrifuge
- Treating capacity: 130gpm = 30m3/h
3) Match pump for centrifuge
- Pump model: screw pump, positive displacement pump for better feeding
- Pump material: SS316L stainless steel
- Pump gearbox: Germany brand Nord Gearbox
- Pump capacity: 30m3/h, this is matched with centrifuge capacity.
The fixed speed centrifuge & variable speed centrifuge is good combination for barite recovery and mud weight cutting. Fixed speed centrifuge is mainly working for mud weight cutting; the variable speed centrifuge is mainly working for barite recovery, most working under 2200rpm to 2700rpm. When the job only need one function like mud weight cutting, the two centrifuge can working together at similar speed. During the actual job process, the user need to continuously test the feeding mud, discharge mud and continuously adjust the bowl speed of centrifuge to get proper treating results.
