GN Solids Control is ready to deliver one set of solids removal unit for diamond drilling to a Chilean customer after these days hard work and finally meet the short lead time. Beginning of next week, GN Solids Control will move this unit to Tianjin port. 
As a turnkey solids and liquid separation solution provider, GN Solids Control has been working on closely with world clients and has been providing thousands of successful cost-effective products and systems. 

GN Solids Removal Unit is mainly designed to use in diamond drilling industry or small volume drilling mud treating industry. It is mainly composed by shale shaker, decanter centrifuge and mud tank as a whole package with diesel generator. 
1.GN Shale Shaker
Shale shaker as the pre-treating unit, it separates out big particles before feeding into decanter centrifuge. Model GNZS752, fixed with 2 pcs shake screens which are also build by GN Solids. Sometimes, shale shaker may not be used if there are only fine particles in the drilling mud. 
2.GN Mini Decanter Centrifuge
GN Solids made 9 inch bowl decanter centrifuge is also called baby centrifuge, which is the star product for fine solids removal. Slurry after treated by GN shale shaker is feed into GN decanter centrifuge by a feeding pump. 

3.GN Mud Hopper and Centrifugal Pump
After treated by GN shale shaker and GN decanter centrifuge, we can get clean drilling mud. To have the right gravity, a mud hopper is used to add drilling chemicals. And the centrifugal pump on side of the mud tank can be used as the feeding pump for decanter centrifuge or mixing pump for the mud hopper. 
4.GN Mud Tank
Besides above products, GN Solids Control also works with other vendors to provide a diesel generator on the tank skid as a compact whole treating unit. This whole GN Solids Removal Unit is easy to move and relocate among different worksites.
