Usually cuttings dryer is the mainly used to treat oil base cuttings and synthesized base cuttings. GN made cuttings dryer has 3 different sizes of screen basket, the min. Solids GN cuttings dryer can remove is 250 microns. Under the high rotating G force, GN cuttings dryer is able to recover most of the oil from the cuttings, before treated the oil in the cuttings is above 15% while after treated the oil can be controlled less than 5% in the final cuttings. 
GN Decanter Centrifuge is another effective drilling waste management equipment. After treated by cuttings dryer, there are still many fine solids in the drilling mud, in order to be used in the active drilling mud system, GN decanter centrifuge is very necessary to remove solids larger than 2-5 microns.
