GN Decanter Centrifuge for Oil Sludge Treatment to Environmental Solution Company
GN Oil Sludge Treatment System is made to treat oil sludge from drilling rig, refinery plant and tank bottom. It is especially designed to treat high viscosity and large solids content oil sludge, after treated by GN oil sludge treating system you will able to get clean oil, water and solids separately.

1.GN 2 Phase Decanter Centrifuge GNLW554ET-VFD
GN 4 series decanter centrifuge is has a longer rotating bowl compared to the traditional centrifuge using in oil and gas industry. It is able to dewatering the oil sludge with a large treating flow rate, oil on the solids is around 1-3% after treated. 
2.GN 3 Phase Disc-Centrifuge GNSD-125
GN disc-centrifuge is mainly used to treat the liquid after treated by 2 phase decanter centrifuge, where solids content is downsized to less than 3% after treated. 
It can recover oil with only 2-3% BS&W, and water has water around 1000 to 3000 ppm. For better water treating performance, oil can be lowered to 50-100 ppm. 
To have a better treating performance, proper chemicals should be used before feeding into GN 2 phase decanter centrifuge and GN 3 phase disc-centrifuge.  

3.GN Compact Mud Tank
GN Solids Control has manufactures thousands of mud tanks, from big mud plant upto 350,000 BBL to small mixing tank less than 100 BBL. Liquid fall into the decanter centrifuge bottom tank, also play as the function of supporting skid. A clear water tank is also equipped to provide flushing water to the 3 phase disc-centrifuge. 
4.GN Feeding Screw Pump
GN 22 inch bowl decanter centrifuge demands a positive displacement pump to feed the slurry into it. Although the disc-separator doesn’t need one feeding pump, it need one flushing pump.
