HDD Mud Recycling and Dewatering Unit for Sinopec
HDD mud recycling system is one of GN main separation solution for no-dig drilling mud recycling and cleaning. This week, GN finished the fabrication of one set HDD mud recycling system for Sinopec. Now the system is in GN assembling workshop waiting for delivery.
This HDD mud recycling system is a high configuration including all 4 stages separation equipment. Below is the list of this system. 1. Shale shaker GNZS703F is the first stage separation equipment to remove the coarse solids. GNZS03F is the latest version shale shaker in GN production line. This model shale shaker is with 3 panel composite frame shaker screen that is fastened by using ratchet spanner, easily and fast.
Containerized Oil Sludge Treatment System for Europe Client
Last week, GN finished the oil sludge treatment system for USA client. This week, a larger system has passed the FAT and waiting for client’s instruction to arrange shipment. This system will be used in Kazakhstan, in consideration of the working temperature, all the main processing equipment is designed to be put in the container.
This containerized oil sludge treatment system is consisting of below modules:1. Premixing Module – per customer requirement, GN provided the sludge vacuum pump to transfer the oil sludge from the collection pit to the system. Two tanks equipped with agitators and heating line are used as the premixing vessel.
Complete Oil Sludge Treatment System Ready for Delivery
GN new completed oil sludge treatment system will be preceded for water test soon. Now the complete system is ready and staying is GN assembly workshop. GN oil sludge treatment system can be used in recovering the oil from various kinds of waste oil sludge coming from oil base drilling cutting, oil storage tank remaining sludge, refinery waste etc.
