3 Sets Vertical Cuttings Dryer and High Speed Centrifuge for Sinopec in Shandong
GN just finished the fabrication for thedrilling waste management systemfor Sinopec in Shangdong. Before finishing the manufacturing of this project, GN have delivered 3 sets high G force cuttings drying shaker and decanter centrifuge for a Sichun public listed company. The project for the Sinopec is including 3 sets vertical cuttings dryers and high speed decanter centrifuges.

What upgrades can get from these new generations
For cuttings dryer, to avoid the blocking of the inside located screen, this 4th generation dryer unit is equipped with air knife system that can blow the screen timely. Besides, the dryer unit has a flushing system which could ensure the timely cleaning of the inside of the bowl. The water pipe is outter connected for easy operation. With the rapid rotation before turning offer the machine, the water pumped in could flush every corner inside the dryer. The customers could choose to use GN’s flushing pump or their existing unit.
The C version GNLW363CG decanter centrifugehas below several advantages:
1. Solids discharge port block ring prevent the solids accumulating on the collection box, which save time for cleaning and protect the plow and bolts effectively.
2. Solids discharge direction same with the slurry feeding direction ensures the treating capacity and avoid the solids staying inside the screw propeller and to become dry which will lead to difficulty for cleaning.
3. Adding opening on screw propeller make to reduces the liquid resistance and liquid discharge fluently.
4. Liquid discharge port plate adjustable with more accurate scales maximally meets the operators’ demands on treating results.
