Descprition of GN Solids Removal Unit

The solids removal unit include a GNZS752 Shale Shaker with capacity of 200GPM, and a GN Mini decanter centrifuge GNLW223 for fine solids separation to get relatively clean mud for reuse in the drilling operation. The jet mud mixing hoppers and mixing pumps is installed for adding chemicals to the drilling fluids. The space at one end of the skid of the solids removal unit is for client to put a generator on it.
 So generally speaking the system is a self-contained solids removal unit for drilling operations. It's compact design makes it easier for transportation and set up. The complete solids removal system can be load to the standard container for sea freight which saves a lot of cost for the clients.
