1000HP Drilling Rig Mud Tank System for China Drilling Company
Recently, a 1000HP drilling rig solid control system has been successfully sold to a well-known domestic drilling company, marking
another leap in the manufacturing technology of Chinese drilling equipment.
System Overview
This solid control system includes 4 mud tanks, 2 shale shakers GNZS594K, 1 mud cleaner GNZJ594K-2S12N, 1 vacuum degasser,
and 1 GNLW452DS decanter centrifuge. In addition, it includes 4 sand pumps and other supporting equipment such as mixers,
mud guns, and mud mixing hoppers.
The GNZS594 series single-layer shale shaker is an ideal choice for screening treatment in oil and gas drilling, large-scale
non-excavation drilling rigs, and industrial separation. This shale shaker has a processing capacity of up to 140m³/h (616GPM), with
a G force of up to 7.5G, and can provide various explosion-proof standards such as ExdIIBT4/IECEX/ATEX according to the customer's
operating environment.
The GNZJ594K-2S12N mud cleaner is a second and third-stage solid control equipment for drilling mud. It integrates desander
hydrocyclones, desilter hydrocyclones, and a bottom flow shale shaker. This equipment is compact, space-saving, and powerful,
making it an ideal choice for second and third-stage solid phase control of drilling mud. The GNZJ594K-2S12N has a processing
capacity of up to 240m³/h (1056GPM).
The GNZCQ series vacuum degasser is a new type of specialized equipment for dealing with gas-invaded drilling fluids. It can
quickly remove various gases that invade the drilling fluid, which is very important for restoring the weight of the mud and
stabilizing the mud properties. At the same time, it can also be used as a high-power mixer and is suitable for matching with
various mud circulation purification systems.
The GNLW452DS decanter centrifuge has a length-to-diameter ratio of 3.4:1 or 4:1, which can separate solid particles from light
mud at a lower cost. This centrifuge is equipped with a 75hp main motor and a 30hp auxiliary motor, making the structure more
compact. Customers can choose main bearing temperature sensors and vibration sensors according to their needs to enhance
the safety monitoring performance and work monitoring performance of the centrifuge.
