The mud system project is for Europe leading water well drilling company and they use the mud system to clean the drilling mud and reuse it. This mud system is two phase system with shale shaker & decanter centrifuge; bypass the desander cones & desilter cones. Thus, total system energy consumption can be reduced a lot.

1) Double deck shale shaker: GN double deck shale shaker can remove the solids in very good performance, upside panel with big mesh screen and down deck panel with small mesh screen. The working efficiency is surely better than single deck shale shaker.

2) Decanter centrifuge: GN decanter centrifuge is used to remove the fine solids, min separation points about 2-5microns. After treated by GN centrifuge, the drilling mud can be reused after weighted or chemical adjusted.

3) Screw pump: screw pump feed for centrifuge also attached in the mud system tank skid. This positive displacement pump can work stable without agitating the drilling mud. The feeding performance is much better than other type pumps.

4) Mud tank skid: All equipment is mounted on one mud tank, compact and easy for movement. We also design extra space for client’s generator as per their requirements.
