GN jobsite tested Decanter Centrifuge

GN Decanter Centrifuge which is showed in 2014 Shanghai CIPPE with technical specs as below:

1) Model: GNLW363BG-VFD

2) Speed: Maximum can reach 3900rpm; Generally 0 to 3200rpm.

3) Ratio of length/dia: the length is 1271mm; the diamter is 360mm, the ratio is 3.

4) Drive type: Motor drive and belt transmission

5) Control type: VFD control cabinet with PLC touch screen operation. It can adjust the main motor speed/ back drive motor speed/ feed pump feeding speed.

6) Production material standard: GN only choose top brand material for production. Like we use ABB transducer & Schneider components for control panel, use original SKF bearing for centrifuge, use Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 by centrifugal casting for Bowl Cylindrical and Conical section etc.

GN jobsite tested Vertical Cuttings Dryer

Except for Decanter Centrifuge, GN Vertical Cuttings Dryer is also best seller after tested in jobsite. The test is conducted at CNPC jobsite with water based mud. The solids discharge is much dryer and the liquid discharge can be go to catching tank and then pumped into decanter centrifuge for further treatment. If it is no line drilling cuttings treatment and drilling fluids recycling, the drilling mud can be return back to solids control mud tanks after GN high speed decanter centrifuge. The control panel next to Vertical cuttings dryer is to make the vertical dryer to be variable speed, from 0 to 900rpm. Thus, the vertical cuttings dryer can be started with smooth starting current, no big much bigger generator or power supply.
