After some trial project in China domestic market, we gain jobsite experience on solidification unit installation, commissioning and maintenance. In middle of this year, we receive purchase order from North Africa oilfield waste management service company. The client got one drilling waste management project for Shell & Halliburton. The client firstly tend to USA brand fixation unit, but he finally choose our product considering the good design, high quality similar as USA brand, reasonable price, and assured after sales service. The client come to our factory for inspection before delivery and also show keen interest in decanter centrifuges, vertical cuttings dryer, high G dryers etc.

The client give comments like this:” thanks for the endeavor on our PO production, we will try the first sets and release order for another 2 sets soon after the first one approved by end user. We have confidence to expand local market with GN Solids. Next year, we are sure to buy 2 sets high speed centrifuge as trial order. If end user like the performance, we will talk more and order more. Hopefully, we can have more and more project cooperation with GN Solids soon” The clients buy 2 packages of solids control equipment.

Package 1: GN cuttings solidification unit GNGH-15A.

This unit including one set drilling waste collection hopper, one set cement storage box, one set absorber storage box, one set high shear mixer, one set electrical control box.

Package 2: mud storage tank with agitators

The package includes one set conic bottom mud tank and two sets mud agitator. The agitator is GN new type mud agitator, motor & gearbox direct connection without couplers.

The products leave Xingang seaport on Nov 15th, 2015 and will reach destination in beginning of January, 2016. We will arrange after sales technical engineer for the jobsite equipment commissioning then.
