6 sets Decanter Centrifuge for South America oil drilling
As oil price is very low from end of last year, many drilling company hold on the drilling contract and wait for situation becoming better. This lead to solids control market downturn, having bad impact on every solids control equipment manufacturer. GN Solids Control, the China leading solids control brand support their sales amount by drilling waste management requirement, equipment like decanter centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer, high G drying shaker occupy most of the sales share.
Recently, we have 6 sets of centrifuge & 40 sets mud agitator exported to South America oil drilling. The customer is South America mud service company with many years experience in solids control service & drilling waste management service. We have cooperated with this South America Local company for over 3 years; they are very familiar with GN centrifuge and will repeat order every time when they have new requirements.
6 sets of oil drilling decanter centrifuge: GNLW363CG-VFD
GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuge is variable speed centrifuge with positive pressurized control panel & PLC touch screen for easier operation. The centrifuge can be used for barite recovery (remove big particles), mud weight cutting (remove fine solids) and also dewatering centrifuge (remove super fine solids after coagulated by chemicals).
GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuge is international high standard centrifuge, made of high quality production material, like carbide alloy tile on centrifuge impeller for better protection; duplex stainless steel 2205 by centrifugal casting production method for better balancing and better coaxiality.
40 sets mud agitator
The mud agitator is installed on mud tank and suspends the drilling mud to avoid settle down. It can be used in many different situations. Eg.
- The mud agitator can be used on solids control mud tanks
- The mud agitator can be used before decanter centrifuge, to make the feeding mud more even and centrifuge performance will be better.
Except for above already purchased equipment, the South America solids control service company show keen interest on GN 4th generation vertical cuttings dryer, which can be used for OBM, SBM and WBM. They are planning to come to our branch office in USA - GN Solids America and have a meeting with our sales team there before release order for the vertical cuttings dryer.
