2 Unit 800GPM Mud System for horizontal directional drilling(HDD) to Thailand

GN deliveried 2 unit 800GPM mud system to Thailand this week for Horizontal Directional drilling(HDD). There headquarter is in India and have projects all over the world especial for Asia and Middle East. After good feedback of GN mud system in their Kazakhstan project, they placed order for 2 unit mud system which deliveried to port yesterday for their Thailand project and 1 unit for Myanmar project.

1000HP Oil Drilling Rig Mud Tank System Operation in Qinghai Oilfield

Qinghai Oilfield have already ordered 2 mud tank system from us, both for drilling rig ZJ40, 1000hp mud system. We'd like to share with you this as our engineer is very happy to share the pictures and the ueser's happiness.

This system contains

2 GNPS703 shale shaker,

1 ZCQ270 vacuum degasser,

1 ZQJ250*2 desander,

1 ZQJ100*12 desilter,

1 LWF450-1100 decanter centrifuge,

all storage tanks, mixing tanks and so on.

The client choose the desander desilter with small under shaker, as their specific project required. And our our new model with new design decanter centrifuge LWF450*1100 get a high score again. You maybe can see her in CIPPE next year(2012).

Drilling fluids decanter centrifuge to South America

Last week we shipped 2 units of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge to South America. They bought 2 units same model in March, and then they are used in their drilling site with good condition. So they gave us repeat order Last month. Next week we are going to ship another unit centrifuge for the same client to Colombia, for their another project. Next year they will repeat more orders for various new project in South America. 

Now we have 12 units of middle speed centrifuge in stock, the new model is LW450x1100N, max rotary speed 2200rpm, actual process capacity 40~45m3/h. It is widely used for oil & gas drilling solids control system, and with better process performance than previous model LW450x1000N. The new model has longer bowl length and larger process capacity.

Last week we shipped a batch of oilfield drilling mud recycling equipments to Aktobe, Kazakhstan. Client will make mud tanks locally to save transportation cost, and buy mud recycling equipments and accessories from GN.

We do not want to pay too much, while we also need better performance, they said.
